I'm not sure there's anything more professionally rewarding than sitting down with a client, intently listening to and internalizing their wishes and objectives, rolling up the proverbial sleeves, and then getting to work to exceed all of their expectations. My aim with every single client is to earn the priveledge of becoming their trusted real estate professional for life, and to that end, I'll be drawing from some uniquely relevant industry experience prior to my becomming a Realtor. I'll be bringing along transactional insights gained from over 10 years in mortgage lending, title and contracting understanding honed through my law degree from U of L, as well as other work experience in compliance, consulting, auditing, property acquisitions, rehabbing and more. I’m also committed to being a perpetual learner and always striving to find new ways to add maximum value.
Buying or selling a home is of course a weighty transaction involving a multitude of moving parts and parties, but when it's done right (and with the right professionals), it can also be fun.
